RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be in original condition

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging should be included
  • No stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some products may not be eligible

  • Final sale or clearance products
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without authorization

RETURN PROCESS

How to request a return

Email us with your full name, order number, item name, and reason for the return.

Wait for confirmation and return instructions from DM Legacy Support.

Step 3

Package the item securely and follow the shipping instructions provided.

Step 4

After inspection, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or declined.

REFUNDS

When your refund is approved

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
