Thank you for shopping with DM Legacy. We are committed
to processing and delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next
business day. During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods
of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email
containing your tracking information.
United States Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States generally takes approximately
3–7 business days after the order has been processed.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due
to weather, carrier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances
outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
DM Legacy may offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders
over $75. Any free-shipping offer will follow the terms displayed
on our website or at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times
will be displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage
fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the
email address provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping
address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
DM Legacy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address
provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is
handled by that carrier.
DM Legacy is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen,
or marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier
and submit a claim when necessary.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery
and provide your order number, clear photographs, and a description of the issue.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery,
failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package may require
an additional shipping fee before being resent.
Separate Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
Separate tracking numbers may be provided.
